1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Yellow Press Australia website (annumraser.com) and enrolling in our courses, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment and Payment
2.1 Enrollment Process
- Course enrollment requires completion of our application form and payment of applicable fees
- Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Yellow Press Australia
- We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion
2.2 Payment Terms
- Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan arrangements are made
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment methods
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Student Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus $200 AUD administration fee
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start: No refund
- No refunds after course commencement except in exceptional circumstances
3.2 Course Cancellations by Yellow Press Australia
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to alternative course dates.
4. Course Attendance and Participation
- Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled classes to receive course completion certificates
- Punctual attendance is required; late arrivals may be refused entry to protect class integrity
- Students must complete all assigned coursework and assessments
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Course Materials
All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, and online content, are the exclusive property of Yellow Press Australia and are protected by copyright law.
5.2 Student Work
Students retain ownership of their original work created during courses, but grant Yellow Press Australia permission to use such work for educational and promotional purposes with proper attribution.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Maintain professional behavior at all times
- Respect confidentiality of guest speakers and sensitive information
- Follow ethical journalism standards in all course activities
- Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
7. Limitation of Liability
Yellow Press Australia's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, profits, or employment opportunities
- Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
- Loss or damage to personal property
